Scientific Studies and Clinical Observations – Summary
Health of the Regenerative System
Vital Energy
  • Improvement of uterine activity: increased strength and a more harmonic rhythm of uterine contractions in women with an initial inactivity of the uterus during labor.

  • Taking of fetal heart activity out of the danger zone to a very satisfactory condition.

  • Significant reduction in the number of premature births – from 14% down to 6,2% – since the introduction of treatment with Medical Resonance Therapy Music® for pregnant women facing the risk of miscarriage.

  • Relief of pain during minor surgery – 57% experienced the surgery as painless, as opposed to only 8% in the control group.

  • In 90% of the applications the epilepsy sufferers experienced as a result of the MRT Music®: a calming effect, dispersion of tension, a raising of the spirits, a reduction in frequent mood-swings, reduced violent outbursts of temper, reduced touchiness, a general improvement in the state of their health.

  • Dispersion of mental manifestations of stress: due to the deep harmonization, it was possible to completely abstain from using tranquilizers in the treatment of children suffering from radiation sickness with hearing abnormalities.
The children liked the treatment with MRT-Music® very much, for them it was a great subjective and calming experience, especially for the age group 13-14 years. Due to MRT-Music® we did not need to use tranquilizers during the treatment for most of the children.

  • Stimulation of insufficient beta-endorphin values in patients suffering from severe radiation sickness: hormone production was increasingly stimulated in each musical treatment and during the tenth application of the music the level of this hormone rose by 60% to reach its normal level.

  • Improved immune status in children with hearing abnormalities and suffering from radiation sickness: Two weeks after the treatment the immunogram of 25% of the patients was normal. Normalization regarded the AMG-factor, cellular immunity and the t- and b-lymphocytes. In the rest of the patients immune status improved clearly.

  • Reduction of the blood pressure in children with a tonisympathic form of vegetative angiodystonia: a positive effect was already evident by the end of the first session and had stabilized after 2 days. The general health condition improved, the number of breaths per minute changed by 1.9 breaths, the systolic vascular pressure fell an average of 6.1 mm, the diastolic vascular pressure an average of 4.0 mm. In the control group the first improvements became evident at the end of the first or the start of the second week.

  • Reduction of heart frequency in children with a tonisympathic form of vegetative angiodystonia: A positive effect took place already after the first treatment and had stabilized already after 3-4 treatments (2 days). The general state of health improved, heart beats per minutes reduced by 5 beats on average.

  • Dispersion of the clinical risk characteristics in pregnant women with a threat of miscarriage:
after 2-3 days there were no longer any clinical risk characteristics in 60% of the women, in 100% after 5-7 days. In the control group: the clinical risk characteristics had disappeared in 70% after 7-10 days, in 30% there was no complete dispersion of the risk characteristics.

  • Improvement in the fetal heart activity in pregnant women with gestosis (OPH syndrome): 14% faster than in the control group: the cardiotocogram showed a normalization of the condition of the fetus in 86% of the studies. After only 6 treatments the number of accelerations and the variability had increased and treatment could be completed after 12 days. In the control group normalization first occurred after 9-10 days and the entire treatment required 14 days.

  • Faster breakdown of the protein content in the urine of pregnant women with gestosis (OPH syndrome).

  • Improvement of sleep in 77% of the pregnant women with a mild form of gestosis (OPH syndrome). Reducing the frequency of sleep disorders from 86% to 7%. In the control group an increase from 50% to 80%.

  • Activation of anti-oxidising processes in patients with severe radiation sickness and autonomic neural cerebrovascular disorders: Regression of spontaneous chemo-luminosity and malonic aldehyt levels in blood by 70% with a simultaneous rise in the erythroid resistance to peroxide of 52% and a harmonization of the amplitudinal characteristics of the electrical potentials of the skin. These parameters mark an effective reduction of stress.

  • Improvement in the hormone status in risk pregnancies: reduction of the cortisol level by 36% (double compared to that in the control group) coupled with a simultaneous increase in the progesterone level by 100% (almost four times as much as in the control group). The lowering of the cortisol level minimizes the stress risk-factor threatening the pregnancy, whilst the doubling of the progesterone increases the well-being of mother and child.

  • A Regular deep relaxation in patients with a psycho-vegetative syndrome: All patients reported of a regular and very deep relaxation as well as of a redeeming improvement of sleep. They experienced the Medical Resonance Therapy Music® as very comfortable and of strong effectiveness and characterized it as a kind of “healing music”.

  • Reduction of analgesics following gynecological surgery – in 78.6%, prolonged effectiveness of the anesthetizing and pain-killing medicine was evident, and this led to a significant reduction in quantities prescribed.

  • Slowing of the heart rate in older people and people of middle age: from the third session on, a reduction in the heart rate averaging 5 beats per minute was evident during the relaxing music and averaging 3.1 beats per minute during the activating music.

  • Stimulation of imagination in older people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Many of the patients reported of an intensive stimulation of their imagination and experienced during listening to the music for in-stance “a forest”, “a lake”, “flowing water”, “sun light” and many other experiences.

  • Improved learning ability in older people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding learning ability the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 18% on average.

  • Improved concentration in people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding concentration the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 18% on average.

  • Improved reaction speed in people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding reaction speed the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 18% on average.

  • Improved visual short-term memory in people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding visual short-term memory the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 20% on average.

  • Improved visual-motoric co-ordination in people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding visual-motoric co-ordination the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 18% on average.

  • Enhanced psycho-motoric speed in people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding psychomotoric speed the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 9,6% on average.

  • Improving reaction precision in people with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding reaction precision the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 18% on average.

  • Improved auditory memory in older patients with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: Regarding auditory memory the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 8,1% on average.

  • Taking of fetal heart activity out of the danger zone up to a level of 9.2 on the Krebs’ scale, which indicates a very satisfactory fetal condition.

  • Increased strength and a more harmonic rhythm of uterine contractions with an initial inactivity of the uterus during labor: Significant changes could only be documented in the MRT-Music® group: the initial weak contractions of the uterus increased in strength by 60% on average and got more harmonious in rhythm.

  • Reduction of pain during labor in women with an initial inactivity of the uterus. Especially noteworthy is the following situation: although the level of the body’s pain inhibiting hormones decreased, the women did not experience a raise in pain, but on the contrary reported of a clear decrease of pain. This implies that the pain reduction in the Medical Resonance Therapy Music® group may be based on a complex reduction of pain creating tensions in the muscular system during labor – in other words may be based on muscular relaxation and harmonization. And this principle also found its expression in a substantial calming of the fetus during labor (please see corresponding measurements).

  • Improvement of the neuro-transmission speed of the optic nerve in multiple sclerosis patients: at a peak by 27 milliseconds.

  • Faster normalization of high blood pressure in pregnant women than in a control group receiving hypotonic and sedative medicine.

  • Shorter stay in hospital:
Faster recovery in pregnant women under threat of miscarriage in the first trimester of pregnancy – the women could leave the hospital successfully treated already after 9-11 days: by 35% quicker than the patients in the control group.

  • Faster recovery in high-risk pregnancies with gestosis (OPH syndrome): in this group treatment could be completed 14% faster than in the control group.

  • Faster adaptability to the new condition in children with diabetes who received insulin for the first time: 64% of a group of diabetes children adapted more quickly to their new condition than those in the control group.

  • Faster insulin process stabilization in children with diabetes: 64% of a group of diabetic children experienced a 2-3-day faster process stabilization than the children in the control group.

  • Improvement of the mental state in the intervals in between epileptic seizures: changes in the interparoxysmal state were documented in 67,7% of the patients of this group as positive, in 23,5% as undefined and in 8,8% as negative. In the control group the parameters improved in 36.4% of the reports, in 31.8% they were undefined and in 31.8% they worsened.

  • Faster recovery of pregnant women at risk with a mild form of gestosis (OPH-syndrome): Improvement in fetal heart activity: 20 - 30% faster than in the control group.
The cardiotocogram showed a normalization of the condition of the fetus in 86% of the studies. This was also subjectively confirmed by the mothers-to-be who felt better and better. After only 6 treatments the number of accelerations and the variability of fetal heart beat had improved, documenting an improved function of the fetal-placental system. The treatment in the MRT-Music® group could be completed after 12 days, normalization in the control group first occurred after 9-10 days and the entire treatment required 14 days – that is, the recovery of the MRT-Music® group was 14% faster.

  • Improvement of sleep in 77% of the pregnant women with a mild form of gestosis (OPH syndrome). Reducing the frequency of sleep disorders from 86% to 7%. In the control group an increase from 50% to 80%.

  • Improved auditory memory in older patients with atherosclerotic encephalopathy: In most of the physical, psychological, sensory and mental performance parameter – except the parameter heart rate and anxiety – there were only slight but not statistically significant changes registered after each treatment. But at the end of the 10 treatments clear changes in comparison to the beginning of the treatment had become obvious. This indicates a training effect with the Medical Resonance Therapy Music®, which probably will be of great value in chronic diseases. Regarding auditory memory the performance had improved after 10 treatments with MRT-Music® by 8,1% on average.
